Tell us your phone model, Android or iOS version, game version and what happened. A screenshot or a short recording can help. Please leave out passwords and unrelated personal details.
Common questions
Where are my open stands?
Open Map to see your districts and open/total stand counts. Use the open-stands filter to find the stands you already own, then select one to visit it.
Are progress and settings saved?
Progress, music, language and other settings are saved on your device. If progress appears missing, contact us before deleting app data or reinstalling. There is no studio cloud account from which we can restore a save.
An ad is unavailable or the reward is missing
Rewarded ads depend on your internet connection, consent choices and ad availability. You can keep playing without them. If a completed ad did not give its reward, tell us roughly when it happened and which reward you selected.
How do I change music, language or reminders?
Open Menu and the settings controls. You can change the music and language there, and manage optional reminders. System notification settings can also turn reminders off.
The game freezes or something overlaps
Close and reopen the game, and check for an update in your app store. If it happens again, send us the phone model, the scene or character involved and the steps that trigger it. Avoid clearing app data while we investigate.

For questions about your information or a deletion request, email the same address and mention “The Coffee Stand — privacy”. See our privacy policy for details.

İlerleme ve ayarlar kaydediliyor mu?
İlerleme, müzik, dil ve diğer ayarlar cihazında kaydedilir. İlerlemen kaybolmuş görünüyorsa uygulama verilerini silmeden veya yeniden kurmadan bize yaz. Kaydı geri yükleyebileceğimiz bir stüdyo bulut hesabı bulunmuyor.
Reklam açılamıyor veya ödül gelmedi
Ödüllü reklamların açılması internet bağlantısına, izin tercihlerine ve reklam bulunmasına bağlıdır. Reklam olmadan da oyuna devam edebilirsin. Tamamladığın reklamın ödülü gelmediyse yaklaşık zamanı ve seçtiğin ödülü bize yaz.
Müzik, dil ve hatırlatmalar nasıl değişir?
Menü'deki ayar kontrollerinden müzik ve dili değiştirebilir, isteğe bağlı hatırlatmaları yönetebilirsin. Hatırlatmaları sistemin bildirim ayarlarından da kapatabilirsin.
Oyun takılıyor veya öğeler üst üste geliyor
Oyunu kapatıp yeniden aç ve mağazada güncelleme olup olmadığını kontrol et. Tekrarlanırsa telefon modelini, ilgili sahne veya karakteri ve sorunu oluşturan adımları gönder. Sorunu incelerken uygulama verilerini silme.
