Who we are
Prizmic is a puzzle game developed by İlker İbrahim Çelikbaş, publishing as Celikbas Studio in Türkiye. Questions and support requests can be sent to ilker_celikbas@hotmail.com.
Data collected by the game
Prizmic does not require an account or sign-in. The game does not collect or send your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, device identifier or advertising identifier to the studio. Your puzzle progress and preferences are stored locally, as described below.
Network, advertising and purchases
The current game works offline and does not make network requests for gameplay. It has no advertising network, product analytics or crash-reporting service integrated into the game. It has no in-app purchases, subscriptions, chat or player-to-player messaging. App-store downloads, updates, operating-system services and this website are separate from the offline game.
Stored on your device
- The levels you have solved, stars earned and best move counts.
- Your sound, music, vibration, animation and language preferences.
These records are kept in the game’s local application-data file. The studio does not receive or store a server copy and has no player account from which to restore your progress. Clearing app data, uninstalling the app or using Reset progress in Settings can erase these records. Separate device backups, if any, are controlled by your operating system; they are not a studio cloud-save service.
Reset progress clears the local progress and settings record after confirmation. Contact us before resetting or reinstalling if you want help investigating missing progress.
Permissions and children
On Android, the game enables the vibration permission for short gameplay feedback. Vibration can be turned off in Settings. The game does not ask for contacts, camera, microphone or precise-location access.
Prizmic has no account registration, chat or user-generated-content service. Parents and guardians can review the store’s age rating and device controls. If you have a concern about a child’s information, contact us so we can investigate; avoid including unnecessary personal details.
When you contact support
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use these to respond and investigate your request. Do not send passwords, payment details or unrelated personal information. Support correspondence is kept for handling the request and applicable obligations; you can ask about access, correction or deletion and other rights available under applicable law.
Deleting the offline game does not delete an email you have already sent. There is no server-side Prizmic progress record for us to erase or restore.
Support
Tell us what happened
Include your device model, operating-system version, game version, level number and the steps that led to the issue. A screenshot of the board can help.
I am stuck on a level
The ? button looks for the next step from your current board instead of handing you the whole solution. If the current arrangement cannot be completed, the hint can ask you to take a piece back. If you think a level is wrong, send its number and your board to support.
I lost my progress
Progress is kept on your device. There is no studio account or server backup to restore it from. Avoid Reset progress, clearing application data or reinstalling while we investigate.
I do not want sound, music or vibration
Settings lets you turn sound, vibration and animation on or off independently. Music has its own selection page, including an Off option. The game remains playable with these effects disabled.
Do I need an internet connection?
No internet connection is needed to play Prizmic. Downloading or updating the app and sending a support email require the relevant store or email connection.

If the game’s data practices change, we update this page and its revision date. The studio and game Terms of Use explain permitted use and applicable law. Return to the Prizmic overview.

Oyunun topladığı veriler
Prizmic hesap açmanızı veya giriş yapmanızı gerektirmez. Oyun; adınızı, e-posta adresinizi, telefon numaranızı, konumunuzu, rehberinizi, cihaz tanımlayıcınızı veya reklam tanımlayıcınızı toplamaz ve stüdyoya göndermez. Bulmaca ilerlemeniz ve tercihleriniz aşağıda açıklandığı gibi yerel olarak saklanır.
Ağ bağlantısı, reklamlar ve satın almalar
Mevcut oyun çevrimdışı çalışır ve oyun işleyişi için ağ isteği göndermez. Oyuna entegre reklam ağı, ürün analitiği veya çökme raporlama hizmeti yoktur. Uygulama içi satın alma, abonelik, sohbet veya oyuncular arası mesajlaşma içermez. Mağazadan indirme ve güncelleme işlemleri, işletim sistemi hizmetleri ve bu web sitesi çevrimdışı oyundan ayrıdır.
Cihazınızda saklananlar
- Çözdüğünüz bölümler, kazandığınız yıldızlar ve en iyi hamle sayılarınız.
- Ses, müzik, titreşim, animasyon ve dil tercihleriniz.
Bu kayıtlar oyunun yerel uygulama veri dosyasında tutulur. Stüdyo bu dosyayı almaz, sunucuda kopyasını saklamaz ve ilerlemenizi geri yükleyebileceği bir oyuncu hesabı işletmez. Uygulama verilerini temizlemek, uygulamayı kaldırmak veya Ayarlar’daki İlerlemeyi sıfırla seçeneğini kullanmak bu kayıtları silebilir. Varsa ayrı cihaz yedeklerini işletim sisteminiz yönetir; bunlar stüdyoya ait bulut kayıt hizmeti değildir.
İlerlemeyi sıfırla, onaydan sonra yerel ilerleme ve ayar kaydını temizler. Kayıp ilerlemeyi incelememizi istiyorsanız sıfırlamadan veya yeniden kurmadan önce bize yazın.
İzinler ve çocuklar
Android’de oyun, kısa oyun geri bildirimleri için titreşim iznini etkinleştirir. Titreşimi Ayarlar’dan kapatabilirsiniz. Oyun rehber, kamera, mikrofon veya kesin konum erişimi istemez.
Prizmic’te hesap kaydı, sohbet veya kullanıcı içeriği paylaşım hizmeti yoktur. Ebeveyn ve vasiler mağazadaki yaş derecelendirmesini ve cihaz kontrollerini inceleyebilir. Bir çocuğun bilgileriyle ilgili endişeniz varsa araştırabilmemiz için bize yazın; gereksiz kişisel ayrıntılar eklemeyin.
Destek için yazdığınızda
Bize e-posta gönderirseniz adresinizi, mesajınızı ve göndermeyi seçtiğiniz ekleri alırız. Bunları yanıt vermek ve talebinizi incelemek için kullanırız. Parola, ödeme bilgisi veya konuyla ilgisiz kişisel bilgi göndermeyin. Destek yazışmaları, talebin karşılanması ve geçerli yükümlülükler için saklanır; erişim, düzeltme, silme ve uygulanan hukukun tanıdığı diğer haklar hakkında bize yazabilirsiniz.
Çevrimdışı oyunu silmek, daha önce gönderdiğiniz e-postayı silmez. Sunucuda silebileceğimiz veya geri yükleyebileceğimiz bir Prizmic ilerleme kaydı yoktur.
Destek
Yaşadığınız sorunu anlatın
Cihaz modelini, işletim sistemi sürümünü, oyun sürümünü, bölüm numarasını ve sorunu oluşturan adımları ekleyin. Tahtanın ekran görüntüsü yardımcı olabilir.
Bir bölümde takıldım
? düğmesi, çözümün tamamını vermek yerine mevcut tahtanızdan sonraki adımı arar. Mevcut yerleşim tamamlanamıyorsa ipucu bir parçayı geri almanızı isteyebilir. Bölümde hata olduğunu düşünüyorsanız numarasını ve tahtanızı desteğe gönderin.
İlerlemem kayboldu
İlerleme cihazınızda tutulur. Geri yükleyebileceğimiz bir stüdyo hesabı veya sunucu yedeği yoktur. İnceleme sürerken İlerlemeyi sıfırla seçeneğini kullanmayın, uygulama verilerini temizlemeyin veya yeniden kurmayın.
Ses, müzik veya titreşim istemiyorum
Ayarlar’dan ses, titreşim ve animasyonu ayrı ayrı açıp kapatabilirsiniz. Müziğin, Kapalı seçeneği de içeren ayrı bir seçim sayfası vardır. Bu efektler kapalıyken de oyun oynanabilir.
İnternet bağlantısı gerekiyor mu?
Prizmic’i oynamak için internet bağlantısı gerekmez. Uygulamayı indirmek veya güncellemek ve destek e-postası göndermek, ilgili mağazaya veya e-posta hizmetine bağlantı gerektirir.
Değişiklikler ve kullanım koşulları
Oyunun veri uygulamaları değişirse bu sayfayı ve değişiklik tarihini güncelleriz. Stüdyo ve oyunların Kullanım Koşulları, izin verilen kullanımı ve uygulanacak hukuku açıklar. Prizmic tanıtımına dönebilirsiniz.
